Rooms were very hot the air conditioning wasn’t working and can not down the temperature. Out side was 27 deg. And in the room was 31… they said that it is normal, but it wasn’t normal for 5 hours to not cool down….

We know the Hotel and Restaurant for many years for their professionality and wanted to celebrate our wedding there. Very nice Location, the service employees are friendly and responsive. The kitchen is traditional Bulgarian and very delicious.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the party because of Corona just the evening before and they gave us back our money (except the reservation fee) what was very fair and friendly.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are clean and the interior design is really good. The food is prepared quickly, and is very tasty. One thing though: please make the breakfast a buffet style, so people doesn't have to wait for the waiter.
Amazingly cozy place with the friendliest staff going out of their way to make sure all your needs are catered to!
We've not felt more welcome anywhere else for quite a while!
